Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Inspired Creations (www.inspiredcreations.in), we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines the terms under which you may cancel an order, return a product, or request a refund.
1. Order Cancellation
Before Dispatch
You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched by writing to us at connect@inspiredcreations.in.
If your order has already been paid for, a full refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of cancellation confirmation.
After Dispatch
Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may, however, refuse delivery or initiate a return after receiving the product as per the Return Policy below.
Cancellation by Inspired Creations
We reserve the right to cancel an order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraudulent transactions, or any other reason at our discretion. In such cases, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
2. Return Policy
Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return within 15 days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be:
- Unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- In its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.
- Free from any damage caused by the customer.
Items Not Eligible for Return
- Personalised or custom-made products.
- Products that have been used, altered, washed, or damaged by the customer.
- Gift cards and vouchers.
- Items marked as "Non-Returnable" on the product page.
How to Initiate a Return
- Send an email to connect@inspiredcreations.in within 15 days of delivery with your Order ID, reason for return, and clear photographs of the product (if damaged or defective).
- Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days with return instructions.
- Ship the product back to us as per the instructions provided. Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, unless the return is due to a defective or wrong product sent by us.
3. Refund Policy
When Refunds Are Applicable
- Order cancelled before dispatch — Full Refund.
- Product received is damaged, defective, or materially different — Full Refund (including return shipping costs).
- Product returned within 15 days in original condition — Full Refund (excluding original and return shipping charges).
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days from the date of approval. The actual credit to your account may take an additional 3–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used during the original purchase (credit card, debit card, UPI, net banking, etc.) via our payment partner Pine Labs. We do not offer cash refunds or refunds to a different account.
Partial Refunds
In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted:
- Products with obvious signs of use or missing parts not due to our error.
- Products returned after 15 days from delivery (considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion).
4. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered:
- Contact us at connect@inspiredcreations.in within 48 hours of delivery with your Order ID, photographs of the damaged/defective product, and photographs of the packaging.
- We will arrange a free return pickup (where available) or reimburse your return shipping costs.
- You may choose either a full refund or a replacement (subject to stock availability).
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe:
- Check your bank account or credit card statement once more.
- Contact your bank or payment provider, as processing times may vary.
- If you've done all of the above and still have not received your refund, please email us at connect@inspiredcreations.in and we will investigate promptly.
6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please initiate a return as described above and place a new order for the desired item.
